I saw my first snow fall of the year today. The chill of winter is just starting to set in. It makes me want to snuggle up inside with a warm blanket with a nice cup of warm, dark, chocolate cocoa. Let's just make sure it's homemade to control the sugar.

Ingredients:

- 3 tsp Ghiradelli dark cocoa powder

- 2 tsp butter

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 4 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream

- 1 cup hot water

- 25 drops of stevia & no sugar vanilla

Steps:

  1. Combine butter, cocoa, cinnamon, and 1/2 & 1/2 stevia/vanilla mix.

  2. Add 1 cup of hot water while stirring to mix completely.
